She's done the pivot she teaches.
For 13 years, Michèle told stories that moved the world, for The Oprah Winfrey Show, HBO, and The Sundance Channel and produced live arena events for NBA Entertainment, from All-Star Weekend to the Draft. Then she stepped away to raise her family, and kept doing the same work under a different roof with no title and no audience that recognized it.
When she was ready to step back in, she discovered the hardest part: nobody had a name for what she’d been doing. The years at home weren’t a detour from leadership. They were her leadership laboratory.
