About Michèle

Michele Lallemand Brazil built her career crafting stories for powerhouse outlets like The Oprah Winfrey Show, HBO’s Real Sports, and The Sundance Channel. For 15 years, she thrived behind the scenes—shaping narratives, elevating voices, and mastering the art of clear, compelling storytelling.

Then came the chapter she didn’t script: stepping away from the industry to raise her children. And with that shift came the quiet sting of invisibility. Answering “What do you do?” with “I’m home with the kids” sparked a reckoning—one that revealed just how much of her identity had been tethered to external validation.

Michele began rebuilding from the inside out. She pushed her physical limits through competitive racing. She stepped into leadership as a board member and later Board Chair of the Fiver Children’s Foundation. She learned to lead with authenticity rather than performance—and discovered a deeper, steadier confidence in the process.

Today, Michele is a speaker and facilitator who meets women at their own turning points—especially moms in transition, navigating who they were, who they became, and who they are now ready to be. Through keynotes and workshops like Crushing Self-Doubt & Commanding the Room, she blends media-level polish with lived experience to help women reclaim their voice, challenge old narratives, and step into rooms—boardrooms, classrooms, living rooms—with undeniable presence.

Her mission is simple and profound:
to help women recognize that the confidence they’re searching for isn’t missing—it’s waiting to be claimed.
